Might not resurrection relate to legacy,
even profoundly to eternity?
God’s unceasing creative love flows through all life,
all figments, all livelihoods, all Gaian animations;
a ceaseless source of energy, throbbing
between highly energised, inspirited force,
to feed infinite interim materialisations.

Resurrection feeds the soul,
that it in turn may infuse the body,
giving it identity in voluntary discipleship
to that way toward maturity seen in
the unfading legacy of the humble,
historic profundity of Jesus,
exemplifying consistent life ‘in Christ’.

May this sense of life’s continuous flow give us all courage
in our work for inclusive justice in an integrated world.
