Dear Associates,
Hard on the heels of the passage on ‘2-2TUTU‘ sent to you on 3/2/22, there comes news from two sources that further rich thoughts on the legacy that every human leaves, consciously or not.
First, news of the peaceful passing of our oldest associate of the Global Open Table, Eirwen Harbottle, just a few weeks short of her 101st anniversary.
Eirwen was to her last, a gentle person with strong and informed views on peace and justice, balanced with a great sense of open-minded attention to whoever else appeared in our searching discussions  face to face or online.  A penetrating legacy.

HINTS OF A GREAT LEGACY

Imagine TUTU, nurtured to aspirations of ‘Ubuntu’
delighting in our spotting his matured legacy,
while with fresh attitude, articulating our gratitude, 
at the heart of a new constitution 
exploring quantum liturgy, 
seeking to take a quantum leap of faith, 
conceived as evolving spirituality, feeding 
our faithful animation in the crucial century ahead.
