It was on April 21st, 2003\u00a0that we released our\u00a0very first piece<\/a>\u00a0of membership content,\u00a0embarking on an incredible adventure that has led us to where we stand today \u2014 as a thriving and ever-evolving community at IntegralLife.com. Thank you for being an integral part of our community, and here\u2019s to the next 20 years of growth, exploration, and transformation!

Polarity thinking is essential in order to navigate and understand\u00a0today’s increasingly polarized world.\u00a0Every content piece includes a list of fundamental polarities, including full descriptions and practices to both harmonize and integrate each polarity. A New Emergence<\/strong>
2023 was the year that AI crashed on our shores, an\u00a0ontological shock<\/a>\u00a0that prompted us to create a suite\u00a0of new tools for Integral Life members \u2014 beginning with Holo, our friendly AI assistant,\u00a0available to all supporting members, as well as a number of quadrant, polarity, and perspective\u00a0tools that you can find on the\u00a0AI section<\/a>\u00a0of the site.

Context:\u00a0AI-Augmented Thinking<\/strong>
Much of our work with AI\u00a0culminated in the launch of\u00a0Context<\/a>, an AI-augmented integral thinking platform, which merges AI with mental model visualization to help integral thinkers, teachers,\u00a0coaches, academics, and analysts to more easily map integral territories. We’ve already begun integrating these maps in a number of Integral Life releases this year, which you can find in our\u00a0Context Maps catalogue<\/a>.

Institute of Applied Metatheory<\/strong>
2023 was also the year we launched the\u00a0Institute of Applied Metatheory<\/a>,\u00a0a volunteer-led social action think tank formed to bring “big picture” integral thinking to the world’s most challenging problems. You’ll be hearing more about IAM projects in the coming months.

Integral Dharma<\/strong>
Finally, we closed the year with the launch of\u00a0Integral Dharma<\/a>, an exciting new training program by Ryan Oelke, designed to help you awaken to your deepest and most timeless self, and to experience and embody integral ideas from the inside-out.
